Position Overview

Reporting to the Production and Manufacturing Manager, the Production Assistant is responsible for the assembly, labelling and shipping of Alvéole’s products to our USA clients.
This is a permanent, full-time position in accordance with Alvéole’s current policies.
Role and responsibilities 
  • Perform tasks related to production : printing labels, assembling, labeling, packing and shipping of our products like honey jars, candles, lip balms, soaps, etc.;
  • Coordinate the tasks and supervise the quality of work of temporary production clerks;
  • Prepare shipment boxes and pallets, including all required documentation according to the destination;
  • Perform and track the inventory;
  • Receive goods, monitor, and adjust inventory;
  • Ensure irreproachable quality control;
  • Help with the set-up of the production space and maintain cleanliness;
  • Complete tasks and work orders on deadline;
  • Maintain a neat and tidy warehouse – clean aisles and assembly areas as required; ensure the integrity of storage locations;
  • All other related tasks.
Required Skills 
  • Have a driving license and good driver’s record
  • Autonomy, meticulousness and rigour
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks

  • Ability to work quickly
  • Ability to explain tasks clearly
  • Be comfortable to work alone
  • Comfortable with technology and softwares
