What You’ll Bring:

As a Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales Engineer) for TruValidate fraud and prevention solutions, you will combine deep technical expertise with strategic insight. Your thorough understanding of our products enables you to convey unique value propositions and develop detailed specifications. You’ll excel in data analytics, using this skill to craft compelling narratives that underscore the value of the solutions. Beyond technical skills, you’ll anticipate customer needs, collaborating closely with sales and cross-functional team to customize solutions. Your contributions are pivotal in shaping Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and customer expectations effectively.

  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and programming languages

  • Microsoft Excel Analysis Skill & Data Interpretation is required (pivot table analysis)

  • PowerPoint Expertise is required

  • 2-5 years relevant experience

  • Superior communication skills and ability to create compelling sales presentations)​

  • This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your development in:

  • Juypter Notebook/Python (or equivalent) is a plus

  • Previous fraud prevention experience is a plus

Impact You’ll Make:

  • Reports directly to the Senior Director-Fraud & Identity Solutions  

  • Performs proactive analytics, as applicable, to enable deeper understanding of client critical business issues/ pain points and elevate our brand as industry experts

  • Ability to interpret data analysis into clear results and concrete recommendations (both verbally and in writing)

  • Develop product expertise in order to correctly pair a client use case with relevant TransUnion fraud solutions

  • Provide analytical sales support to prove value of TransUnion fraud solutions

  • Produce thoughtful and compelling value propositions using a data driven approach

  • Drive internal analytical acumen using advanced analytic tools

  • Gain experience in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Effectively present analytic insights that support the successful closure of opportunities and ensures client satisfaction.

  • Influence the achievement of annual revenue targets for target products & solutions.

  • Articulate unique value propositions for TransUnion fraud solutions to sales staff and customers through presentations and data analyses.

  • Create collaborative engagements between sales and solution consulting to deliver strong analytic insights that positively impact our customers’ buying decisions.

  • Strong communication skills are necessary in order to handle complex customer interactions. Familiarity of selling skills also needed in the areas of positioning a solution, persuading and negotiating.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $80,845.00 – $132,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
