Full-Time Product Sales Representative for Wholesale Benefits
Job Description
The Product Sales Representative role is an entry level sales position responsible for creating sales from qualified sales opportunities and referrals. This role will also create their own sales leads by attending events, setting appointments, and by managing sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
This position reports to the Sales Manager and is a full-time, exempt role and is located in Newfront’s Office in Seattle, WA. Initially this role will be onsite, with the option to work into a hybrid remote schedule.
Successful candidates are motivated to;
- Establishing and developing ongoing relationships by providing prompt, accurate and professional new business presentations to prospective customers.
- Manage sales opportunities through full process – solicitation, data collection, proposal, sold – while memorializing updates and results within the sales pipeline report.
- Develop proposals, make sales presentations, and close sales

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $71,600and $89,500/yr; however, base pay offered may vary on multiple factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), to be determined by the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
