What you will be doing:
- Elicit business requirements from stakeholders, document business requirements & problems that need to be solved, understand stakeholder pain points, facilitate and maintain feature roadmap from these elicitation sessions
- Engage with key stakeholders that are part of the end-to-end product development
- Write process flows, swim lane diagrams or solution context documents to explain the requirement to development team or other stakeholders
- Work with UX team or develop “napkin” mockups to develop User Personas, wireframes/mockups
- Provide Product Requirements and influence Product Roadmaps, author features / master features especially technical and non-functional requirements
- Work with systems analysts to define solutions
- Represent Business to Development teams, Groom Product backlog, Prioritize Requirements, Create User stories with acceptance criteria, participate in daily scrum work and maximize Product value, participate in sprint / PI planning, give demo to stakeholders in stage environment, UAT
- Work closely with Operations, end users and other cross-functional development teams to ensure Customer problems are solved
- Prioritize Defects and Track progress towards Release of Product
- Data work: Define file layouts; understand upstream/downstream impacts to data flow
- Training: Conduct training sessions with end users; work with Documentation team to write task-based training guides.
- Have an understanding/appreciation of data privacy laws, government regulations and technical constraints

About You:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in 340B domain
- 5+ years of Healthcare related business analysis & product development experience, worked closely with one or many patient healthcare data such as Pharmacy, Claims, 340B, PBM, Eligibility and EMR
- 5+ years of Experience writing User Stories, Requirements, Testing and Collaborating with Development/Engineering teams
- 3+ years of experience using Excel, SQL or other data analytical tools
- 2+ years of experience in Agile software development approach
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Clearly articulate and document requirements as feature stories with supporting artifacts such as process diagram, biz rules, mock ux and/or user interaction diagrams
- Data analytics using Excel and/or SQL and/or other data analytical tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency to understand system interaction from data perspective
