Full-Time Product Operations Specialist
Job Description
- Work cross-functionally with our Total Rewards team to help improve the feedback loop from discovery -> resolution on issues across all of our audiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the Total Rewards team, as well as Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and ops stakeholders across the company
- Build repeatable processes that simplify our product releases for internal stakeholders
- Write, edit, and contribute to documentation, training materials, and help articles
- Become an expert on the product: apply problem solving to provide creative solutions to users, investigate/document bugs, contribute to prioritization of feature requests
- Produce and maintain cross-functional reference material required for Go to market (GTM) readiness
- Work closely with the Total Rewards Product Manager to complete all product readiness & GTM requirements
- Consult data tools and other sources of feedback to identify areas of continuous improvement
- Become an expert in the support experience for users
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes
- Provide training in collaboration with Learning & Development and communicate updates to Total Rewards teams on product-related processes and tools.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working within a Product Operations role
- Experience communicating issues, risks and paths to resolution in a clear and effective manner
How to Apply
The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $120,000 to $150,000yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
