Full-Time Product Marketing Specialist

Encentiv Energy is adding a Product Marketing Specialist to our team. He/She/They will work with our Director of Product Marketing to develop creative messaging, build stories that will engage customers, and differentiate us from the competition. Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating the value of Encentiv Energy products and services to the market
- Defining new ways to reach and engage relevant audiences
- Executing product launch strategy, planning, and timelines to demonstrate innovation and drive new revenue
- Supporting product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Creating impactful sales enablement assets and contributing to product marketing campaigns (demand generation, account-based marketing, customer marketing, etc.)
- Developing demos, how-to and user guides, webinars, articles, slides, website pages, datasheets, etc. for the products and services portfolio
- Assisting with competitive intelligence research to understand and capitalize on consumer insights that drive growth
- Leveraging buyer personas and defining optimal marketing channel strategies to build demand and pipeline through campaigns, websites, social media, blogs, SEO, video, paid ads, & more
Qualifications for this position generally include:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Combination of education, internships, and/or 1 – 2 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or consumer-facing products preferably at a SaaS company
- Understanding of product marketing messaging and positioning, sales enablement, personas, ideal customer profiles, and quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, combined with dynamic communication skills
- Ability, motivation, and commitment to work cross-functionally with the entire Encentiv Energy team
