About the role:

Rev.io’s Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for positioning our various products, setting demand generation strategies for relevant buyer targets, enabling new sales, and supporting client retention.

This team member will also have front line responsibility for understanding the managed service provider marketplace, which is the primary new sales target for our Professional Services

Automation product (Rev.io PSA). With this understanding, our Product Marketing Manager will work with both our Sales and Downstream Channel Marketing teams to deploy successful messaging and tactics specific to Rev.io PSA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build a deep understanding of all our current product attributes, particularly Rev.io PSA, as well as the future development roadmap.
  • Disseminate product knowledge throughout the Marketing Team to support strong multi-channel campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand the evolving needs of PSA buyers, including any segment-specific information.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and disseminate knowledge on where Rev.io PSA can win versus key competitors, including by specific buyer segments.
  • Develop compelling value propositions for Rev.io PSA that can support demand generation and growth in our pipeline of opportunities.
  • Determine appropriate product positioning for Rev.io PSA, and support our Content Marketing Manager in building appropriate messaging for the product.
  • Utilize our knowledge of the marketplace, competitive landscape, and buyer needs by segment to develop segmentation and targeting for Rev.io PSA as we go to market.
  • Support our Downstream Channel Marketing team in their deployment of messaging and tactics, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and impactful to grow our opportunity pipeline.
  • Support our Sales organization with product knowledge, working alongside our Product Development organization.
  • Manage Rev.io PSA’s “market footprint” by monitoring market intelligence, product review websites, online forums, and other media to ensure accuracy and optimize our reputation.

Skills Needed:

  • 4+ Years in a B2B technology product marketing role, with demonstrated success in driving business KPIs
  • Must have experience working with or for management service providers (MSPs) and or IT service providers
  • Understanding of automation and business management software fundamentals
  • A client-centric mindset, with a focus on solving problems through our solutions
  • Strong research and data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently
  • A strategic mindset and understanding of all business and technical goals related to the PSA product
  • Superior written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences, including company executives
  • A bias towards collaboration among different teams
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
