Full-Time Product Manager – Software
Job Description
Owl Labs is looking for a Product Manager to join a team that is building a new real time collaboration platform and productivity solution that will define the future of how teams collaborate in hybrid workspace environments. This is a unique opportunity to work on a technology platform that will be the core of Owl Labs groundbreaking collaboration products. Your influence will span across the product, software engineering and business organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Work with design, engineering, and product teams to determine product requirements
- Translate roadmaps and requirements into Jira stories
- Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, maintain a deep understanding of who the customer is, what their needs are, and what the dynamic market landscape looks like.
- Manage delivery of near-term product enhancements and updates
- Be the go-to expert on the product and technology both internally and externally.
- Help facilitate a go-to market strategy including pricing, packaging, beta testing, etc.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on connected devices.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience using data to drive decisions and illustrate business conclusions. Proficiency using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization. Collaboration is exciting to you and you enjoy understanding the perspectives of others.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
The best candidates will have:
- 1+ years experience within a hardware company, preferably with camera and audio devices
- A background working with products that leverage computer vision and artificial intelligence to drive elegant solutions for end users
- Strong familiarity with multiple functional areas (e.g. engineering, sales, and customer support).
