Overview:
This integrations focused Product Manager role is a strategic addition to the Zylo Product and Engineering team. In this role, you will be primarily focused on Zylo’s best-in-class integration platform that enables some of the most innovative companies in the world to measure the value they are getting out of their largest SaaS investments like Salesforce, GSuite, Office365 and Zoom. This includes enhancing the platform in order to bring additional functionality to our integrations, owning the existing productized integrations, and researching, prototyping & validating potential new integrations that will be added to the Zylo application. You will see your work through from initial customer conversations, to design iterations, through to shipping the integration, measuring its success and updating it when required. You will work cross-functionally with every part of the Zylo organization from senior leadership, to Sales & Marketing and Customer Success. A Product Manager at Zylo needs to be able to make wise decisions quickly, collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, communicate clearly with customers and be ready to ship a ton of software.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, user experience, and data scientists to bring the most valuable product integrations and features to our customers
- Develop and execute the product strategy and business cases for the Zylo integration framework
- Define, maintain and ensure delivery of product roadmap
- Define, track and report on key indicators for performance of integrations
- Interact with customers, prospects, execs, partners, sales & customer success teams to understand how and where Zylo brings value and magnify that value through future product enhancements
- Build and strong rapport and work hand-in-hand with Product Engineering to support and ensure desired outcomes
- Work directly with the Platform and Core Application teams to ensure seamless implementation of product solutions
- Perform feasibility studies, research and prototype integrations through engagement with external APIs
- Write user stories, requirements, and collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize the work
- Maintain clear product documentation and participate in internal and external product enablement, as necessary, to ensure adoption and success of the product
What you will need:
- 4+ years as a Product Manager or a relevant Product / Engineering role
- Proven experience driving integrations of B2B cloud products and an understanding and perspective on integration strategies
- Fundamental understanding of SQL and the ability to work with modern (REST, GraphQL) and legacy (SOAP, RPC) API architectures and communication protocols (HTTP, Websockets, etc), data format and encoding (JSON, XML, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external audience
- A desire to be a self-starter who will lives our values and will be a leader in the organization
Ideal candidates will have:
- A technical background with a CS or engineering degree, or relevant experience
- An understanding and passion for solving the challenges Enterprise IT leaders face
- Ability to navigate and deconstruct SaaS application architectures, user, and licensing models
- Ability to perform data modeling and analytics to identify and achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to work in a complex, rapidly changing environment
