Job Description
Long Term Contract for a Product Manager (No corp. to corp. or 3rd party)
8+ years of product management experience.
Serves as the voice of the customer, understanding the customers’ needs and communicate those to the team.
Owns the roadmap for their product features.
Defines the Epics and detailed requirements for assigned areas of the product.
Participate in the Agile process and ensure customer needs are clearly communicated through product requirements.
Follow the agile development process leading to a successful release of product features
Develops business cases for new product features, works with leadership and cross-functional teams to get alignment.
Runs regularly scheduled business reviews for their product features and monitors product KPIs to ensure success metrics are being met
Conduct product walk-throughs for both internal and external audiences
Knowledge of the product management lifecycle.
Keep pace with industry changes and competitive intelligence to ensure product differentiation
Knowledge of hosted service providers such as AWS, MS Azure.
Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills.
Coach and mentor product owners on an as needed basis.

Overall Purpose: Leads the product launch and lifecycle activities for new products and services through product development process, from conception to launch, and provide on-going support throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Manages cross-functional teams through functional requirements gathering, implementation and validation through to initial launch or lifecycle of a service. 2) Defines functional requirements for wireless services. 3) Manages product development including product requirements gathering and definition, project planning, project management, budgeting, financial acumen, test design and execution, long term tactical roadmap and release management and planning. 4) Communicates product requirements to various organizations such as IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Sales. 5) Leads vendor selection process, delivery, quality required. 6) Develops, maintains, and distributes, standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new data applications and devices, including: implementation plan, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
