Terminus is looking for a Product Designer to help us build an industry leading Account-Based Marketing platform that allows B2B marketers to do ABM at scale. Responsibilities

• Design solutions from ideation to execution in partnership with product and engineering teams
• Leverage customer research to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma that effectively solve customer needs
• Collaborate with other designers and engineers to evolve the Terminus design system
• Present work to peers throughout the product process
• Raise the bar for quality across our products by advocating for insights driven by user research

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, with an emphasis on product design (web)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, research, HCI, a related fieldHands-on experience working with engineering teams to bring your designs to life
• Business analytical skills that help guide design decisions
• Experience working collaboratively with a team of designers and presenting your work
• An online portfolio showcasing case studies of product design work
• Experience contributing to a Design System is a plus
