Title: Producer / Project Manager (Games)
Location: Burbank, CA (Remote to start)
Ellen Digital Ventures is looking for a Producer / Project Manager to join our small, but highly ambitious Games team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on managing and producing casual and social gaming titles including Heads Up!, one of the biggest IPs in mobile gaming.
We are looking for a hands-on mobile producer that will create and maintain schedules, roadmaps and keep our game production well organized.
The ideal candidate will be:
*Highly organized.

* High levels of enthusiasm and talent for creating games.
*Experienced shipping and operating a live mobile game.
*A great communicator, able to communicate well with both internal and external teams, including stakeholders, dev teams, engineers and artists.
*Willing to and eager to handle the extra responsibilities that come with working in a smaller company environment
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day‐to‐day production, and cross‐functional needs of multiple games and mobile apps from concept through post-launch including maintenance, updates, enhancements, refreshes and redesigns.
- Manage planning and resource scheduling
- Develop project timelines around goals and plan the work for the development team to hit important deadlines.
- Track project milestones and development progress on an ongoing basis to ensure product is on schedule.
- Provide tasks with a start and end date, assign necessary employees to each, and prepare project timelines.
- Daily management of task lists, materials, reports, and people to provide the project team with everything they need
- Risk and issue management – spotting early on and minimizing potential risks that may delay project completion
- Scope management – balance the time-budget-quality trio
- Manage submissions of all app updates, IAPs, and price changes
- Compile game data reports and analyze data to identify opportunities or challenges
- Help manage outside vendors and contractors working on the project, including contracts and invoices.
- Lead meetings with internal and external partners and represent the brand and project vision.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in game production
- Strong knowledge of the mobile game market and platforms.
- Assertive and motivated team player.
- Strong technical background a plus
