YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
You will support our new CIC Health Implementation team and facilitate its mission of providing more accessible and frequent testing for COVID-19. Some work will be independent while other work will require collaboration with other members of the CIC Health staff. The responsibilities of this role are fluid and subject to change.
.
Responsibilities include:
• Negotiating rates and setting up accounts with suppliers.
• Liaising with lab partners to procure test kits for clients & sites.
• Purchasing supplies for:
-Collection site setup including fixed, mobile, and pop-up sites.
-Collection site activities including client intake stations.
-Ongoing collections supplies such as PPE, sanitizer, tissues, & disinfectants.
-Ongoing materials for packaging and shipment.
• Oversight of storage & tracking of inventory of all supplies.
• Creating processes for supply chain management such as request forms & invoicing for materials.
• Setup of technical supplies, such as printer installation on laptops.
• Coordinating packaging, shipment, and delivery of supplies to sites (both on a start-up and ongoing basis).
• Negotiating and establishing relationships and accounts with shipping and courier companies.
• Creating processes for tracking shipments.
• Monitoring spending in alignment with budgets and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiencies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in business development specific to the healthcare industry and is skilled in communication and building trust with others to support client onboarding. If you are an articulate, ethical individual who thinks critically, understands the nuances of effective communication, and are interested in an exciting logistics opportunity, this might be the perfect fit.

You communicate effectively with team members and clients alike, including under pressure. You’re comfortable reaching out proactively to ensure expectations are shared and met, and comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
• Independent. You have the ability to own and manage multiple tasks and get the details right, while being able to ask for help when faced with uncertain situations.
• Flexible and adaptable. You are invigorated by a dynamic environment, able to pivot between multiple priorities, and can rise to the challenge with a busy and ever-evolving environment to meet changing expectations. Specifically, you are comfortable with managing conversations with potential clients as things are changing on a weekly basis, and able to explain why new information is relevant and how it can activate new or different responses.
• Naturally drawn to a “start-up” environment where the challenges of pushing for better ways of doing things is cultural, and eager for work that requires you to be independent, strategic, and proactive.
• Creative, coming up with new ideas (for sales, cust. service, etc.) and can effectively implement ways to bring them to life.
• Detail oriented and have exemplary time management and organizational skills, while keeping the big picture in mind.
• An information sponge who is exhilarated by the challenge of mastering industry knowledge so that you can best represent CIC Health’s offerings to prospective clients and partners.

YOU HAVE
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with various CRM softwares is a plus.
• HubSpot proficiency is a plus.
• Experience selling a complex health-care product into enterprises is a plus.
