What You’ll Bring:
15+ years of experience in analytics, strategy consulting and / or marketing consulting. Client facing experience required.
Knowledge of programmatic media planning and buying processes across the key media platforms, as well as being knowledgeable about the advertising media ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability in helping to develop and execute comprehensive solution strategies, considering market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Exceptional analytics and quantitative acumen with understanding of key experimentation methodologies, including suppression, A/B, synthetic control, and pairwise matching test approaches.
Good understanding of statistical analysis, and measurement frameworks, along with a solid understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making within large organizations.
Exceptional consulting and client-facing skills, including the ability to effectively present complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, to build strong relationships, to assess client requirements, and to deliver impactful solutions.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels, driving consensus and alignment towards a common goal.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and derive actionable insights.
Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in experimentation and measurement.
Four-year accredited college degree required. MBA preferred.

This role reports to the Senior Principal, Consulting Services.
The Consulting Services organization leads our client engagements for the Marketing Solutions product set. The goal for these engagements is to create credible, integrated partnerships with our clients to establish the successful adoption of our TruAudience products and solutions.
The Principal of Consulting Services – Testing & Experimentation will help guide the development of our experimentation & testing capabilities, both as a stand-a-lone offering and in conjunction with the existing analytics and identity solution set. This role will report to the Sr. Principal, Consulting Services.
This is a highly cross-functional role aiding the development of the overarching strategy and being responsible for delivering results and growth goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, experience with the advertising ecosystem including media buying and planning with the most popular media platforms, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of these progressing capabilities.
The candidate must have an excellent understanding of the marketing measurement landscape with demonstrable experience with the design & implementation of marketing experimentation programs/solutions.
This individual will contribute to winning strategies that deliver against the emerging solution and vertical business goals. Other responsibilities include assisting in the development of the portfolio of market positioning and messaging, creating sales tools and marketing strategy, and acting as a subject matter expert for thought leadership efforts, RFP responses, and sales pitches.
You will lead customer incrementality testing & experimentation engagements, with responsibility for organizing internal teams to design, implement, measure and report on results in a timely manner.
You’ll work to construct & integrate testing and experimentation results with other key analytic results from MMM & MTA analyses.
Help develop a comprehensive solution strategy for the new experimentation capability, considering market trends, competitive analysis, target customer segments, and business objectives.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points, and to articulate the value proposition of the experimentation capability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Provide expert consulting services to clients, including assessing their current experimentation practices, and assisting in the implementation and optimization of the new capability.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and services, to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing improvement of the experimentation capability.
Help develop training materials and conduct workshops to enable clients and internal teams to effectively adopt and leverage the new capability, ensuring maximum value realization.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The salary range for this position is $157,205.00 – $266,500.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
