Practice Manager Job Summary:  The Practice Manager of Supported Housing is responsible for the quality management of business operations for assigned service delivery sites, including but not limited to: Terrace at Oak Springs, Community First Village, Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supported Housing Community Based teams. The Practice Manager provides guidance, direction and supervision to staff to ensure the delivery of quality client care and implementation of processes. This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs and personnel and/ or may provide direct clinical care as needed to assigned services and program areas, which may include the development and implementation of new or expanded services and in designated areas of responsibility. Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources. This position has the responsibility for program planning, interagency relations, resource development, grant management and acts as liaison with relevant external constituents in a progressive, positive and professional manner. This position may be accountable to ensure efficient and effective use of provider staff time and resources. Establishes and maintains highest standards for quality care and ethical practice. The Practice Manager must have a strong knowledge of Housing First Principles, Assertive Outreach, Harm Reduction and SAMHSA’s Supported Housing Evidenced Based Toolkit.

Practice Manager Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

Practice Manager License: 

Required:

  • Current and valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LMFT or PHD

Practice Manager Experience:

Required: 

  • Clinical supervisory experience
  • Must have a minimum of three years’ experience working with individuals in treatment for behavioral health disorders and/or recovery.

Preferred:

  • Three years’ administrative supervisory experience

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility.

Salary:  $83,298 annually.
