Position Purpose
Provide quality service and a full range of all administrative functions as they relate to the recording and record keeping
of the Plant Assets of the UES Distribution and Transmission systems, having a working knowledge of Company
procedures and practices. Assignments must be completed in a professional manner.

- Maintain internal records, work orders or required reports relating to the UES Distribution and Transmission systems.
- Careful review of all construction related paperwork for accuracy and proper recording of company assets.
- Ensure the proper closure of all customer/company projects and blanket work while meeting Plant Accounting deadlines.
- Reviewing and maintaining Construction Authorization Log. Initiate CWO’s on a routine basis.
- Prepare Pole Licenses when necessary following individual Town and Company processes.
- File and maintain records in an organized manner.

- Perform GIS Map updates.
- Participate in circuit audits and circuit map updates.

- Completion of special assignments as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
Two year Business course or equivalent.
Job Posting
- 2-3 years of similar office/utility experience .
- Working knowledge of Company Safety rules, Company Policies and the Company’s Tariff for Electric.
- Project a positive and professional approach in all areas of responsibilities.
- Demonstrated reliability and flexibility.
- High degree of efficiency, organizational skills, pc skills and detail orientated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of personal computers and software including: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Point) as well as other business applications.
- May require working other than the regularly scheduled hours.
- Must be available for duties during times of system emergencies.
- Possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license based on the requirements of the State where the employee resides.

#1, INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, DATED June 1, 2023.
HOURS: Hours shall be Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
WAGE: Ultimate rate – $32.97 per hour, for a 40 hour week. Overtime rates in accordance with I.B.E.W. Agreement, Local #1837.
