PATH Group are specialists in new roles in healthcare working across primary, secondary, community, MH and private sector. We help clients understand new roles, how to implement, develop, build on the roles and recruit. Your-Path, our recruitment & locum business, specialise in recruiting for new roles in the UK and from overseas. Working across the UK with senior leaders, management teams and medical staffing teams with locums and perms we are currently going through a period of fast growth.
Focused on our permanent recruitment business, we are looking for an entrepreneurial 360 / all-round recruiter with strong business development skills, a strong ability able to keep multiple plates spinning to help build on our permanent business. You will be able to identify opportunities with an eye not just for your business area, but for the business as a whole. You will be able to adapt to the various working and presentation styles of the different parts of the healthcare sector and in the different parts of the UK. You will be confident in speaking with everyone from senior clinical leaders to administrators building long term ‘working in partnership’ relationships. As your business area builds, we want a team to build around you.
You will need to have at least 6 months recruitment sector experience, ideally in the healthcare/medical sector although, you may instead have experience in social care, life science, public sector or 3rd sector. Experience in primary care will put you straight to the top. There’s a lot to learn to work with some of the roles we specialise in so an open and curious mind is essential, but you will be up for the challenge. We want someone who can learn, understand, explain, offer credibility and solutions to our clients.
By the very nature of the work we do, we don’t expect you to know about the ‘new’ roles. But we will mentor and support you to understand and work with them and to identify the opportunities.
