Full-Time Performance Administration Officer – Para-Swimming Programme Support and Classification
Job Description
British Swimming is seeking a Performance Administration Officer – Para-Swimming Programme Support and Classification, working within the Para-Swimming World Class Performance Programme. The programme has an office in Manchester and Loughborough and there would be a requirement if based in Loughborough to visit Manchester at least once per month. British Swimming operates an Agile Working Policy allowing some flexibility to work from the office and from home.
The purpose of the role is to provide effective project management and administrative support for the Para programme and deliver key priorities identified within the British Para-Swimming Classification strategy. The post-holder will also provide project management support to key Pathway projects and personal business support to key members of the British Para-Swimming Leadership Team.
The successful individual will be an experienced administrator, have previous experience of working within high performance sport, with a track record of providing executive support and producing reports and managing confidential and sensitive data. They will ideally have knowledge of Paralympic classification.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is an excellent communicator with the aptness to multitask and ability to prioritise work effectively. An ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally is also required.
