The PX Manager has two primary value stream customers –
1. This role is focused on supporting the needs of individual employees.

Provide top notch customer service to internal employees regarding compensation, benefits, and general employee journey support so that our employees can focus their time doing what they do best and creating value for the organization.
2. This role supports our Business Entity by maintaining administrative standards of the organization.

To create, maintain, and iterate on best practices in all administrative, policy, and compliance aspects of People Experience in our business entity.
The PX Manager does this by –
Compensation and Benefits
Maintaining alignment with our organization’s compensation philosophy and ensuring transparency for employees around their total compensation.
Ensuring that we are offering top notch benefits for our employees and that all employees understand how to take advantage of the benefits offered.
Manage the payroll and benefit open enrollment processes.
Administration
Maintaining compliance adherence required by our parent company, federal laws/mandates, and state laws/mandates where we have employees.
Participating in general company projects and support as necessary.
Support HR, employee, and software related budget planning.
Collaborate with our BayWa r.e. parent company and sister company colleagues to support HR, employee development, and related initiatives.
Employee Support
Facilitate employee review and development processes.
Facilitate all necessary processes to ensure a smooth employee termination and maintain best practices.
Oversee contract employee relations.
Support employee lifecycle policies and processes

Requirements:
- Able to legally work in the U.S.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in payroll, benefits, and compliance.
