Job Description

Pathways Lecturer 

£30,000 – £38,869 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

52 weeks per annum 

Abingdon Campus 

Permanent 

 

The Access to Learning Faculty are looking to recruit an innovative, inspirational, and highly skilled full-time lecturer to plan and deliver an outstanding programme for learners with Learning Disabilities on our nationally recognised ‘Developing Workskills’ Pathways programme on our Abingdon campus.

If you have experience in working with learners who have an EHCP and support needs and want to be an integral part of supporting them to achieve their goals and progress into adulthood and work, then this is the job for you. You would be part of a larger Pathways team who are committed to providing excellence in education for learners with SEN.
 

Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET), within your first year of joining the college.
