Job Description
British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy and achieve in triathlon.
Triathlon England is one of the three Home Nations of British Triathlon, the other two being TriathlonScotland and Welsh Triathlon. The three Home Nation Associations are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries, and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.
We are looking to recruit a Paralympic Talent Coach to work alongside our existing Paralympic Performance and Talent Teams, based at our Training Hub in Loughborough University. This role will be key to identifying and developing essential triathlon skills in a range of athletes, from those new to elite sport, those transferring from other elite sports and existing development athletes. The role will work alongside the Paralympic Talent & Development Manager and the Performance Centre staff in delivering a comprehensive skill and physiological development programme for all athletes. The Talent coach will be expected to spend periods of time away from home as required by the role.

The role will be based at the British Triathlon headquarters located at Loughborough University; however, the nature of the role may require early morning, evening and weekend working.
