Directorate: Membership, Global and Governance
Grade/salary: Grade 4 (28,144 – £29,373)
Hours: 35 hours per week (hybrid working)
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied and interesting role at the heart of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. This is a great opportunity to use and develop your skills in a busy and varied role, providing proactive high-level administrative support to senior Offices and providing governance administrative support for the full range of central governance services provided by the team.
About you
You will have:
- Experience of providing PA support, ideally working with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work across teams to enable you to manage the two elements of the role
- Interest in governance with writing/minute taking and circulating meeting papers.
- The ability to plan and prioritise.
