Location – We are headquartered in Fairfax, VA but this role can be 100% remote if based in the continental United States.

Corporate Initiatives
Serve as a Group-level point of contact (POC) for corporate initiatives in the areas of business requirements and implementation impacts, i.e., safety policy development, M365 developments, CIT initiatives, etc. Coordinate directly with VP, Group Operations, where appropriate.
Technology
- Work with Corporate Information Technology (CIT) Business Partner (BP) and serve as a CIT point of contact, including regular meetings with the BP. Communicate issues, upcoming changes, long-term CIT plans, allocations, or other changes that impact the financials to Group leadership and Division Operations. Support operationalization of new and updated CIT processes and assist group management with needs assessments and addressing issues when they arise.
- Identify needs for new centralized resource hubs to improve resource delivery to EEI staff. Build, maintain, and promote resource-specific ‘hubs’ as needed, (e.g., What’s New in CIT page on EEI site).
- Manage technology related procurement, processes, and efforts at the group-level. Develop, track, and maintain centralized technology-related procurement requests and spending, associated with the annual plan. Support Division Operations understanding of technology expenses as part of divisional budgets.
- Manage CIT resource allocation across the Divisions and support management and reporting needs around identifying extraneous costs, (i.e., terminations or extra computers) recovering assets and managing costs, coordination of exiting employee’s return of peripherals, (i.e., monitors) and reallocation. Evaluate and leverage routine and custom CIT reporting to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and a targeted communication approach.
Safety
- Manage relationship with outside safety consultant, including procurement process, identification of project milestones, invoice processing, and receipt and approval of deliverables (e.g. draft policies, implementation plans)
- In partnership with corporate safety and health (S&H) and contracts, work with outside safety consultant to collaborate with the divisions to maintain group and/or division-level field guides or standards to ensure compliance with contractual, OSHA, and business requirements.
- Work with managers and leaders within Divisions on client specific compliance requirements, and work with Corporate S&H and contracts on the reporting of OSHA metrics for maintenance of ICF accounts with third-party vendors
- Design and deliver annual safety culture and awareness campaigns and regular S&H communications across applicable divisions.
- Serve as POC for EEI Group when Contracts and Safety need review of responses to safety questions in proposals or other contract requirements.
- Coordinate and support safety and health initiatives in coordination with Corporate S&H and utilizing the outside safety consultant, including policy development, guidance, and the identification of training needs. Training needs would be developed in partnership with Corporate S&H, Learning & Development, and/or Risk Management, and deployed in coordination with the Training, Infrastructure and Resources (TIR) Ops Manager.
- Review safety & health stats and summarize for Division Operations
- Assist divisions with project or locale-based safety compliance initiatives across the group. Partner with Contracts & Administration to identify needs for increased support from Corporate to manage safety across the group and project teams, as well as providing identification and communication of issues and risks in the field.
- Work with the Group Operations Leader on the annual Enterprise Risk Management assessment.
- Serve as POC for existing safety programs across the group and in coordination with HR, L&D, and Corporate S&H, including First Aid and CPR; Working in Hot Conditions, etc. and coordinate related training needs with TIR Ops Manager.
Communication (internal)
- Work with group communications lead on communication campaigns and messaging specific to technology and safety areas.
- Draft messaging, presentations, and guidance with audience in mind, for Group-level distribution.
- Curate or develop SP content where it supports the group, i.e., CIT updates, etc.
- Identify opportunities for group-specific communications and resources to complement and supplement corporate guidance; author guidance and best practices resources, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience with management of processes and vendors/consultants
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with safety, and information technology.
- Solid process analyses, improvement, and user acceptance testing (where appropriate).
- Solid understanding of the organization’s business operations and possesses strong analytical skills.
- Strong customer service skills, responsive, accountable, timely, ability to operate with autonomy.
- Performs analyses of the operation’s cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Track, maintain and provide current information to a variety of stakeholders across varied communication vehicles.
