Full-Time Office Assistant

Job Description

As Office Assistant, you will work closely with managerial and directorial staff to provide administrative support to the office.

You will need to develop an extensive knowledge of Ecozone Ltd. and be capable of dealing directly with suppliers, trade customers as well as consumers. You will need to work efficiently and effectively and manage your time and workload accordingly.

Duties to include;

• Answering emails, phone calls or letters to the company dealing with a range of enquiries.
• Liaising with external suppliers to organise and arrange deliveries.
• Providing general organisation and any other general office support that may be required, including,
Order entry
Sending invoices
Delivery notes
Organise Bookings
Customer Returns
Office Filing, boring….
Customer service
Monitor office stock
Organise Samples & Stationary

The successful candidate will be well educated and ideally have some experience in this type of role. You must be comfortable speaking with senior members of staff, will be motivated to succeed, and will be a true team player. You will be working within a small, friendly and fun, yet professional and hard-working team in Chiswick, West London. It is a small but vibrant office and it is expected that you will help out with any task as directed to develop the company.

This is a full-time position to commence as soon as the right candidate is found. The starting salary is £22,000.
