Full-Time Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator for our New Jersey operations office located in Collingswood.
As the Office Administrator, you will take charge of all administrative tasks to ensure optimal office efficiency. You will act as a liaison between the New Jersey office and the other Rush Street Interactive locations and offices, partner properties, vendors, regulators, and other internal and external parties. You will work directly with and report to the Director of Customer Service & VIP Accounts, but will regularly interact and assist other teams within our office including Customer Support, Risk & Fraud, Escalations Support, VIP Management, etc. We strive to give our players and team members a positive and rewarding experience and your role will be instrumental in helping us accomplish that.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with team members, management, licensing and compliance, and regulators to ensure RSI team members obtain required licenses in a timely manner and hold required state licensing.
- Coordinate with management to help facilitate onboarding of new team members, including the ordering of equipment, supplies, and obtaining system credentials.
- Create office-wide communications, notices, and announcements.
- Organize office meetings and take meeting minutes to communicate within 24 hours of meetings end.
- Setting up appointments, meetings, and interviews.
- Manage weekly team calendar, agendas, and appointments for US Operations departments.
- Organize every aspect of the US Operations office including purchasing, maintain inventories, and logging of equipment.
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, etc.
- Set up systems to communicate with vendors, pay invoices, and maintain active subscriptions.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years office administration/coordination experience.
- Able to work from the New Jersey office 5 days/week with occasional weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
- A self-starter, that does not require daily management.
- Proactive and solution oriented.
- Detail oriented with excellent spelling and written communication skills.
- Punctual, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience organizing, cleaning-up, and maintaining file management systems. Familiarity with DropBox and/or Confluence a plus.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner and able to work well with many teams.
