Full-Time Night Support Worker

Job Description

We are recruiting for a Night Support Worker at our manned community accommodation project in Eastbourne, for vulnerable young people aged 16-25 years.

You will work within our properties that provide accommodation to young people and adults. An understanding of the support needs of the people we work with and experience of working with similar clients – and the challenges that can arise – is essential.

You will be responsible for keeping the projects quiet, safe and secure throughout the night. You will need to monitor guests through signing in and out and refusing entry to anyone compromising the safety of the project or residents, and be able to provide an emergency response to young people in crisis. You will be supported through our mobile night team and on-call provision.
