We’re searching for a Neighbourhood Manager to deliver customer centred case management for key housing issues relating to customers, homes & neighbourhoods.
Location: Home based with travel to our office and locations in Gloucestershire
Salary: £31,930 per annum
Contract type: Permanent, 37 hours per week. We would also consider 2 part time positions, please state this when applying and what hours you would potentially be looking for.
Closing Date: 12th February 2023 – Shortlisting will be carried out throughout the period of the advert and this closing date may be brought forward should a suitable candidate be found.

The Role
- Managing a Patch – customer-centric, fostering a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey within a patch.
- Customer Service – takes personal responsibility and ownership of the customer experience.
- Solution focussed – a positive attitude to seeking solutions for customers, learning from mistakes and responding to change constructively and effectively
- Multi-agency Working – collaborative, readily sharing knowledge, information and learning and actively seeking out opportunities to work with colleagues and stakeholders to develop ideas and solutions and improve services.
- Community focus – developing and implementing inclusive customer engagement and community activities
