Senior BA – Supplier Management Team
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing the lifecycle for a complex cross-functional projects that has a long term positive impact on the company
• Establish collaborative and productive relationships with Client’s Resource Management Office (RMO/Procurement), Third Party Utilities (TPU), Finance, Application Managers, Suppliers and other supporting teams.
• Works closely with stakeholders to execute contracts with new Third Party Suppliers.
• Manage programs through completion, engage appropriate groups and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution (from ideation to end of contract)
• Cultivate excellence within the teams.
• Understand service level agreements (SLA) for each group and how it will impact your overall timeline.
• Create an environment of individual accountability. People grow to meet expectations. Yours should be high.
• Operate successfully in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience organizing, planning and executing advanced cross-functional programs
• Communication skills and experience working with technical and business management teams.
• Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a complex environment.
• Ability to focus to reach challenging goals.
• Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
• Demonstrated past experience in defining and measuring team success via data-driven metrics & reporting
• Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Collaborate, Confluence or Quip
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Cognos (Fieldglass – nice to have)
