Job Description: • Position Description:
Incumbent’s main responsibility will be to provide a certain level of hands-on support and technical oversight for project implementations, enhancements, defect resolution, operational processes, and management of tickets in ServiceNow. The position requires technical management leadership to oversee and coordinate the technical activities of Model N projects and requires working/coordinating with other interfacing system stakeholders like SAP. The Technical Lead will work closely with other members of the group and provide project updates, communicate/escalate issues. Candidate will work under the guidance of a Senior Model N architect.
Knowledge Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience implementing Model N (Powered by N) is mandatory
• Previous experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM / ITIL tool is mandatory
• Previous experience implementing ERP integrations preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS
• Proficiency in XML/XSLT
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Expertise and significant experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Expertise and significant experience in Computer System Validation and software validation requirements for regulated systems
• Understand software management (including configuration management, data management, network, security, IT architecture, infrastructure design, systems integration, and system/application testing approaches)
• Expertise in managing technical projects and/or software support teams in a matrixed (cross-functional) environment
• Attention to detail when assessing technical activities and/or reviewing technical documentation (vendor release notes, vendor installation, administration guides, system architecture, system configuration specifications, etc)
• Structured testing experience
• Ability to identify and address technical issues/problems that may be encountered during the project and the ability to assist the Tier 3 Support team in the resolution of these project issues
• Propose technical solutions to issues and escalate issues appropriately
• Maintain a proactive attitude and behavior
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
• Interface directly with the business users, management level IT clients, software vendors and other service providers. Strong communication skills are a must

Relationships:
• Reports to Pricing and Reimbursement Senior Solutions Architect
• Coordinates the activities of a cross functional technical team
• Manages client IT and business relationships
Education and Experience:
• Education
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Work Experience
• At least five years of experience in technology management
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Model N (Powered by N) application implementations / operational support
• Experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry or similar, regulated industry required
• Experience with Service Now or similar tracking/management tools strongly desired
• Prior experience using source code repository
