Full-Time Member Services Supervisor
Job Description
We have two regular, full-time Member Services Supervisor position in our Bayshore Mall Member Service Branch in Eureka and in our McKinleyville Member Services Branch. Using outstanding communication skills, this friendly, dynamic leader provides training, support, and guidance to our front-facing Member Services team and performs duties relating to the handling and processing of members’ transactions. Interacts closely with members to provide exceptional service. Also responsible for developing new memberships and cross servicing products and services to existing members. This position requires knowledge and experience in customer service, credit union policies and procedures, and managing and motivating a team, including assigning work, scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing progress of each employee. Opportunities for advancement, team bonding activities, and other perks included. Salary is $23.78 – $38.99, and, depending on experience, may be hired at a Senior level with a salary of $26.12 – $42.88. The Bayshore location will close on 10/4/2024 and the McKinleyville location will close on 10/3/2024.
