Full-Time Medical Device Operations Specialist
Job Description
Summary
Assemble and test medical device assemblies, final products, and accessories per the manufacturing documentation provided. Perform assembly diagnosis, repair, and test equipment maintenance with limited supervision. Ensure work is completed in compliance with company quality system and medical device regulations.
Essential Functions
- Assemble and test finished and semi-finished medical devices per established work instructions
- Document and record assembly and testing result activities in electronic record system (SAP) and paper records per work rules, policies, and procedures
- Performs top level and sub-assembly diagnosis and repair as required
- Responsible for successful completion of all training in a timely fashion.
- Maintain an organized and professional work space.
Minimum Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills:
- High school /GED diploma required
- Associates Degree with applicable experience within a technical manufacturing environment OR B.S./B.A. in a technical or related discipline preferred.
- Experience working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment required
- Two years of experience working in a regulated medical device cGMP environment strongly preferred

Organizational Relationship/Scope:
This role will require cross functional relationships with the Materials group as well as the Engineering group as required.
