Full-Time Marketplace Associate

Job Description

Wellist is seeking a Marketplace Specialist in our Boston office. You will make life easier for patients, employees, and their families by providing access to valuable resources such as financial assistance, emotional support, transportation, and beyond. You will identify, validate, and write listings for local resources that meet Wellist’s quality standards so that employees, patients and caregivers can find the help they need so they can focus on their health and wellness journey.

What You Will Do

  • Identify potential resources that match geographic and content requirements for new clients.
  • Qualify resources based on Wellist’s quality standards.
  • Contact vendors and service-providers to verify accuracy of information and negotiate discounts on behalf of patients and employees.
  • Write clear, concise descriptions for each resource, ensuring patients, caregivers and employees have the information they need and add listings to the marketplace.
  • Check and update listings on a periodic basis to ensure the marketplace remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work together with your team to exceed Wellist’s marketplace quality and productivity standards.

What You Bring to Wellist

  • Minimum three years of call center experience (inbound or outbound) preferred.
  • Proficiency with software including internet searches, Microsoft (Word/Excel) and/or Google (Docs/Sheets).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a fluency in English is required.
  • Professionalism – be on-time, reliable and have a positive attitude.
