The Opportunity…
As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you have the opportunity to join our growing Marketing team and support our endeavors to drive net-new clients or “pipeline” for the company. The campaigns we execute are ever-changing, and we need a process-oriented person to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
How You’ll Contribute…
The core mission of the Marketing Operations Coordinator is to create, monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to Sales’ revenue goals. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will work closely with their team to deliver and work the highest quality leads through a variety of marketing channels. This role is the “glue” that ensures the handoff from marketing initiatives to sales outreach is efficient and effective.
What You Bring…
- 1-2 years experience in a marketing operations or marketing coordinator role
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and the usage of drip/nurture campaigns to drive conversions
- Strong analytical skills; able to identify trends and areas for improvement within our lead generation processes and marketing channels
- Automation savvy – You can constantly think of ways to turn manual processes into efficient, automated ones.
- Ability to maintain and understand lead flow relationships between our Marketing Platforms and our CRM (Salesforce)
- Team player who can work across teams, especially Sales
- Quick learner of tools and processes
Bonus Points…
- Expert experience and knowledge of Marketing and Sales tools, like Pardot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Zapier and Drift
- Utilized a lead scoring or engagement model to drive leads through nurture campaigns
