Job Description

[En]Gauge (gauge.ai) seeks a strategic and creatively savvy brand marketing talent to join our team and make a difference. This entails setting the vision for the brand and translating the brand platform into creative strategies and go-to-client/market plans to grow the brands’ equity and drive business growth. You will develop global campaigns, ensure creative excellence and consistency across all touchpoints and own relationships with cross functional teams and external agency partners.This is a hands-on position that will develop with multi-channel, multi-touch, marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media, events/partnerships, website, and inbound strategies. You are a problem solver, innovative thinker and team player that is passionate about building brands and developing strong creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to build pipeline and drive revenue
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and vendors through a variety of channels, including web, SEO, social and email
  • Works closely with our communications manager to enhance and amplify our PR and thought leadership strategy
  • Execute tactical marketing efforts that support overall strategy
  • Oversee all event marketing and partnerships strategy and tactical implementation 
  • Work with account teams to segment audiences for effective engagement
  • Create, measure, track and analyze marketing campaigns to understand customer behavior and overall marketing success
  • Manage campaign budgets and vendor relationships
  • Identify and manage third-party suppliers

Qualifications

  • 6+ years marketing experience with emphasis on digital marketing
  • 2+ years of proven leadership experience
  • Track record in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
  • In-depth experience in planning and executing marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media, conferences and events, PR releases, website, and inbound strategies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management, communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner, drive projects forward and to influence outcomes.
  • Aptitude in current digital marketing technologies and best practices in optimization for digital channels
  • Strong understanding of lead generation best practices
  • Website management experience; Webflow and HTML experience a plus
  • Strong project management, communication, organization and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and solution-oriented problem solving skills, high learning agility
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, related discipline or experiential equivalent 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a scrappy attitude
  • Data-driven decision arrival with capacity to defend a position
  • Detail orientation
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing projects and deadlines
  • Ability to operate independently, proactively raising questions, issues or concerns
  • Commitment to kindness, innovation, impact and inclusion
