Full-Time Marketing Manager
Job Description
Location: UK (Reading or home-based with occasional travel to our Reading office)
Salary Details: £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
These are exciting times at Education Development Trust. Having secured a number of important new programmes in recent months to support schools and teachers around England, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to help us maximise our impact across the portfolio. You will be an expert in performance marketing with a demonstrable track record of using your excellent digital skills to achieve high levels of performance. You will also be a confident project manager, able to work across multiple projects concurrently and lead a team of specialist and non-specialist colleagues to achieve programme outcomes.
The overall objective of this role is to ensure that we reach those educators that could benefit the most from our high-quality professional development programmes, making a real difference to their professional lives and the pupils and communities that they serve. Our work tackles some of the most challenging issues facing the education sector today, and our rapid growth over the last few years means we have the opportunity to impact a significantly larger number of schools and settings across England through our emerging school Delivery Partner network.

Interviews will be conducted virtually and will take place over Thursday 29th and Friday 30th July.
Contract length: We are looking to appoint someone for 6-12 months. You will be able to discuss contract length further with the hiring panel if shortlisted for interview.
Start date: We are hoping to appoint someone who is available to start in August and you will be asked to provide your availability in the application form.
