About the role
Job type: Fixed-term contract until end of August 2022, full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary:  £24,000-28,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Reading-based role with flexibility to work from home 3-4 days per week.

We work collaboratively with national and local governments, schools and other partners to design and deliver sustainable solutions to improve education.We are currently recruiting for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our UK Contracts team at Education Development Trust on an initial fixed-term contract until the end of August 2022, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

As a marketing professional in the UK team supporting our Early Years Professional Development Programmes, you will be helping us to ensure that we reach those teachers and school leaders that could benefit the most from our programmes, making a real difference to their professional lives and the pupils and communities that they serve. Our work tackles some of the most challenging issues facing the education sector today, and our rapid growth over the last few years means we have the opportunity to make a huge impact, reaching a larger number of educators across England through our emerging school Delivery Partner network.

We are looking for a marketing professional to join our UK Contracts team, working with our Early Years Professional Development Programme. In this role, you will be a part of the UK marketing team, working closely with the Early Years team on a daily basis. You will need to be positive and hard-working, with experience running digital and traditional marketing campaigns. You will be readily set to help solve problems and help drive the success of Education Development Trust’s programmes within the UK.
