Full-Time Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Job Description

Edquity is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator who will help drive key marketing initiatives across a dynamic, social impact education technology company. Activities will span brand building and awareness generation, project management, operational execution, and sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate is looking to make a difference, enjoys solving problems, and has the ability to dig in and tactically execute. This role serves as the right-hand to the Marketing Director, establishing and executing the marketing plan and strategy.

We’re looking for someone with a collaborative spirit, the ability to manage multiple projects and a talent for building cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Edquity and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage digital marketing and lead generation campaigns from ideation to implementation and execution (SEO, SEM/PPC, social advertising, emailing, webinars, events, etc.)
  • Experience and understanding of basic digital marketing platforms from social media to email to advertising
  • Coordinate event sponsorships and conference logistics for both in-person and virtual events
  • Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders and coordinate with contractors to develop marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

 

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with digital and social media advertising platforms (Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Ability to synthesize data and report on campaign performance
  • An understanding of Edquity’s stated values and an ability to uphold them in their work
  • Exceptional listening skills with an ability to turn challenges into solutions
  • Start-up and/or marketing agency work experience a plus
