As a Marketing Assistant, you will be the creative energy behind achieving our mission, gaining valuable hands-on experience within a growing business.
About the Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan, deliver and evaluate our marketing campaigns to ensure that they deliver tangible results.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Creating content across various platforms including blogs, website, social media and email – this includes written content as well as video and image content.
- Liaising with agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing content.
- Researching and planning new marketing opportunities.
- Recording monthly marketing KPIs.
- Delivering local marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A pro-active, positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Problem solving, creativity and initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills
- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms particularly in relation to advertising and branding.
- Experience of or a willingness to work with a range of different platforms, such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
- Experience with, or ability to learn, design and video software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
- Excellent communication skills and strong copywriting skills.
- Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
- Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
This is a full-time position.
Location
The role is based in our head office in Surbiton, Surrey.
Salary
£22-26k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
