About Your Role
This role is focused on delivering the brand right voice for all content produced by RealtyMogul including emails, SMS, landing pages and investor relations. As the leading crowdsource real estate platform, we also develop original content as a real estate investment subject matter expert.
We are located in Los Angeles, CA but this role can be remote if you live outside LA.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft copy for all customer communications including top of funnel creative, mid funnel email and SMS communications, and ongoing investor relationship management.
- Write engaging website and social content.
- Play a leadership role in the development of the content strategy and content roadmap for the organization.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders and compliance for approvals.
- Research and develop thought leadership content to position RealtyMogul as an industry leader.
- Ensure high quality copy is delivered that adheres to brand guidelines.
Who You Are:
- You are an experienced copywriter with 3+ years of writing experience in the real estate industry
- You are skilled at crafting engaging short form performance marketing and long form thought leadership content
- You are versatile and able to adapt to the brand voice of the company and style that is most appropriate for the content format.
- You enjoy working hard with a smart and talented team, and are comfortable speaking up and making your opinion heard.
- You are a creative, flexible problem solver who loves to write, optimize and adjust copy to resonate with the target audience.
- You have an attention to detail, a level of consistency and creativity that enables you to generate work products with minimal guidance or supervision.
