Full-Time Marketing Agency Salesperson

At Razzo, we help local and national brands shine in the digital space with second to none SEO and social media services. We have plans to grow aggressively in 2021 and are looking for an Agency Sales Superstar to join our growing team. The Salesperson’s core responsibility is to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets for all US regions. The ideal candidate will:

  • Proactively prospect and perpetually grow their contact list
  • Support your fellow team members
  • Build revenue from medium and large-sized businesses with an annual revenue of $2M or greater
  • Build Razzo’s presence with local hotels, fitness brands, and more
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Engage and strategize with CEO on the client side to demonstrate how Razzo can help meet their objectives
  • Prepare proposals using BetterProposals
  • Perform prospecting and outreach using LinkedIn
  • Participate in and represent Razzo at local sales, networking events, and industry events
  • Work with CEO to ensure the client’s needs are met
  • Understand that this is a self-managed, 100% remote position in which the majority of your time will be spent on sales/prospecting calls or at industry/networking events.
  • Evening and weekend hours unlikely.
  • Travel requirements: 0% except for quarterly/yearly meetings at Chicago home office.
  • Stay current with online marketing trends and innovations in all consumer-based industries as well as the specific industries we plan to serve: travel, hospitality, fashion, food, beverage, and fitness industries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or some college required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing channels like Facebook, Instagram, local SEO, national SEO, and Facebook advertising.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years sales experience in a digital agency or consultative sales environment with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong consultative sales, relationship building and customer services skills
  • Ability to be self-managed and organized.
  • Sense of humor + strong work ethic
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a remote start-up environment
  • Ability to forecast projected revenue
  • A focus on growing average deal size, improving close ratio, and balancing the ratio of custom to standard programs
  • Demonstrated presentation skills to large and small groups
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation, time management, prioritization and organization skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and the Google Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive and infectious outlook and attitude

This role is 100% commission- and 1099-based for the first 90 days. After the 90-day period, your tenure with the company will be evaluated. Salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
