Marketing Account Manager
You should be outgoing, energetic, and willing to learn. Radio, digital marketing solutions or other media sales experience is very helpful. Bilingual/Fluent Spanish is a big plus.
Essential Duties:
- Representing El Dorado Broadcasters to advertisers and advertising agencies
- Communicating benefits of Radio advertising, Digital Marketing Solutions, and Event Marketing to new and existing clients.
- Immerse yourself in learning Broadcast and Digital Marketing Products
- Meet in-person with clients and prospects
- Foster and nurture relationships with existing client base
- Identify new opportunities and develop persuasive proposals to meet each client/agency evolving needs
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets
- Create effective marketing campaigns
- Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence
- Maintain productive client communication to ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate rates and ensures prompt payments
- Follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, submitting regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts, and competitive analysis
Requirements:
- Independent, self-motivated, competitive, assertive personality
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
- Strong client service relationship-building skills
- Ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills
- Dependable transportation. Clean driving record and proof of insurance are requirements for this position
Pay: $42,000 – $63,000+ annual salary
