The Manager, Human Resources – TA will work closely with the Human Resources (HR) Team to facilitate the activities necessary to meet the HR and company objectives. This is the sole TA role at Collegium on an HR team of six. The Manager, TA will execute the talent acquisition strategy and lifecycle for all roles up to the Vice President level and support talent management initiatives. They will lead employer branding, sourcing and development of candidate pipelines, candidate screening and negotiation of employment offers to meet the needs of the company. The responsibilities of this role will be 75% Talent Acquisition and 25% HRBP for our Clinical R&D team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, administer and manage the company’s approach for creating and promoting open positions to attract top talent, candidate tracking and candidate and manager communicating while ensuring integrity and confidentiality
- Serve as an HR Business Partner during talent management cycles including mid-year check ins, talent reviews, open enrollment, performance reviews, objective setting, annual compensation (merit and bonus) and individual development plan creation
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual talent acquisition metrics and analyze data to examine and interpret data, identify trends, translate into recommendations and communicate to appropriate stakeholders.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through various channels including Linkedin, Indeed, Glass Door and all other job boards, recruitment agency partnerships and employee referrals; source active and passive candidates through non-traditional channels and mediums in support of Collegium’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Partner with hiring managers and others to identify and engage Collegium interview teams, facilitate Interview team kick-off and prep sessions, candidate debrief sessions and processing candidate expenses
- Partner with hiring managers and Corporate Communications on internal communications (position change announcements, promotion announcements, job postings) and external communications and employer branding to attract, recruit, and retain top talent
- Partner with stakeholders and HR team to level, map and price positions, assess internal talent pipelines, ensure interdependency with applicant tracking system (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), manage new hire immigration needs and relocation in compliance with local, state and federal employer requirements
- Collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders in Compliance, Finance, Commercial Operations and Sales Training to ensure consistent onboarding and employee experience
- Serve as a subject matter expert and employee resource for talent acquisition, policies and process questions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management including candidate sourcing, screening, offer preparation and negotiation, onboarding and related compliance related to hiring required
- Strong project management skills, including ability to execute versus deadlines and influence without direct reporting relationship
- Experience with selecting, negotiating with, and managing vendors
- Strong knowledge of employment law and understanding of HR and industry related compliance requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with ATS and HRIS Systems required
