The office is for you to use as much as you like, as a minimum our UK Sales teams work from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 2 days per week including our Sales Team Days on Tuesday and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
To achieve our mission of making the world a better place to work we need to create meaningful and engaging conversations with potential clients.
In this role, you will empower our Sales Development team to push the boundaries of performance consistently.
You will ensure that we continue to have a strong customer-centric brand in the market by delivering a consistent, consultative approach to our demand generation, discovery, and qualification process.
You will be a crucial member of our UK sales management team, focusing on accelerating our next chapter of new revenue growth.
Skills
Previous experience of managing Sales Development or Inside Sales teams in either a hybrid or remote setting
A record of hitting of exceed quotas in a high-growth business
A coaching mindset that actively supports your team’s personal growth
Practical reporting and analytical skills to support long, medium, and short term planning for your team and the wider department (such as forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management)
In-depth knowledge and experience of using Salesforce.com, Salesloft (or equivalent sales engagement tools), conversational intelligence tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

1st stage online interview with UK Sales Development Director and UK SMB Sales Development Manager
A take-home assessment.
Final stage face-to-face interview with UK Sales Development Director and UK Sales Director at our Tottenham Court Road, London office
