What You’ll Do:
- Become a subject matter authority and contribute to maintaining our knowledge base of utility-specific operating procedures and state regulations
- Work cross-functionally to Implement required controls intended to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices. These controls will cover items such as our:
- Standard, queryable TPVs w/ legal/compliance approved scripting
- Rep training schedules, topics and guidelines
- Product and branding
- Documentation review (state disclosures, subscriber contracts)
- Formal complaint tracking, trending and response
- Internal enrollment processes and customer management
- Oversee execution of quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting requirements across community solar markets
- Coordinate closely with our legal and product teams to audit, develop and refine the customer experience to ensure compliance with program rules and regulations
- Track, and monitor our compliance with program rules and guidelines across all markets
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, present results, and incorporate operational improvements based on findings

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years professional experience in a management role
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Team-first attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of taking initiative
- Ability to problem solve, find creative solutions, and build out best practices
- Flexibility and excitement to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
- A passion for clean energy and an interest in helping to better the environment
