Under supervision of the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Director, the Manager of End-User Computing (EUC) will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of EUC services and support, including implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards related to EUC, and developing strategic vision for EUC. This role will work closely with the IT management team to ensure technology changes are properly transitioned, maintained, and supported in the Firm’s production environment. The person selected for the position must have strong leadership and technical skills and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. This exempt position is eligible for a flexible hybrid-remote work schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the firm’s effort in building a modern enterprise end-user computing environment.
- Align EUC strategy with organizational goals.
- Manages, directs and supports direct reports with a focus on team leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Proactively and actively manages vendor service delivery and relationships. Responsible for monitoring the agreed-upon service level agreements with applicable vendors, raising variances with vendors as needed, budget execution, and holding vendors accountable to the service level provided.
- Develops and maintains superior IT services through effective use of configuration management, incident management, crisis management, knowledge management, problem management, and change management.
- Provides performance-related coaching and feedback to direct reports. Formally reviews and evaluates the performance and work of team members; prepares performance evaluations and recommends compensation adjustments.
- Contributes to the annual operating and capital expenditure budget planning process.
- Contributes to and develops IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Forges business partnerships, in person, and remotely when working from home, that help drive the IT Hybrid Cloud strategy forward, taking a customer service approach with internal and external customers.
- Supports and uses Project Management methodologies to accomplish operational and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinates the effective distribution of work across teams and engage additional resources as needed through recruitment or strategic outsourcing.
- Leads the professional development of direct reports by way of providing on-the-job-training, endorsing the pursuit of certifications and ongoing training, and making appropriate project assignments.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the use of the Firm’s information technology and policies and their application in a legal environment, as well as, have a security first approach to analysis, design, and implementation.

- This is a full-time position which requires working a minimum of 40 hours on a regular basis. Oftentimes, it may also require working outside of normal business hours to ensure completion of position requirements.

- Ability to process routine daily functions while being able to resolve sensitive issues and complex assignments utilizing above average critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead technical work groups involving multiple specialties in support of system solution development and implementation.
- Must have the ability to identify and establish standard processes, identify and track Key Performance Indicators, and manage personnel to achieve key metrics.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills to be able to work well with employees at all levels within the organization and maintain all information in the strictest of confidence. Required to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
- Must have ability to read, write and communicate fluent English; ability to compose documents in the appropriate business style using correct grammar and spelling; ability to communicate clearly using proper grammar and diction over the telephone.

- Ability to travel as necessary.
- The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. These include being both mobile and stationary throughout the work-day and having the ability to transport up to 50 pounds and being able to operate a computer and other business equipment found in the office.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent relevant professional experience with subject matter expertise in core technologies required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience supervising direct reports required.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with Microsoft EUC technologies including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, and Windows Update for Business required.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting a Windows enterprise desktop environment required.
- A minimum of three (3) of years of experience with Citrix VDI as an administrator required.
- A minimum of (five) 5 years of experience with Active Directory and GPO administration required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience with Azure Active Directory as an administrator preferred.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with enterprise application support and use of enterprise monitoring and management tools preferred.
- Experience with, and champion of, ITSM/ITIL service management methodology.
