Overall Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP, International Marketing, the Manager, International Marketing will support the
management and development of our Jamieson brand internationally. This new position will work
alongside the other Manager, International Marketing, playing a key role in the development of
consumer-driven brand and category strategies in key international regions, resulting in profit and
revenue growth through best-in-class marketing execution. This International marketing leader will
maximize Jamieson’s global presence by working closely with the Canadian, Worldwide & Costco
commercial teams to grow Jamieson Wellness’ presence and leadership in Global Health & Wellness.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Champion the consumer and their needs to become the most trusted and recommended Health
& Wellness brand in our key markets.
• Maximize long term sales and profitability within the context of approved brand strategies by
supporting the development and execution of category strategies and marketing plans for key
International Regions
• Work cross functionally to ensure regional fact-based decision making for product portfolio
design and management including innovation commercialization and distribution expansion
• Work with local partners, Jamieson International marketing and account management teams to
develop and optimize marketing campaigns, consumer communications, education programs,
go-to-market activations and pricing strategies in key Regions
• Support the development of creative strategy, campaign planning, in-market execution and
adherence to brand standards/ guidelines for key international markets
• Measure the success of global marketing communication and promotion strategies, and develop
recommendations for improvement including best practices & KPIs to be applied across markets
• Recommend and manage innovation and new product introduction projects, supporting their
launch with compelling consumer and category rationale, and work in partnership with our
partners to increase distribution, market penetration and grow sales.
• Establish and maintain relationships with our International distributor partners, the Global
Costco commercial team and key internal cross-functional stakeholders becoming a relied upon,
accessible resource.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
• Post secondary degree/ certification in an industry-appropriate field such as marketing or
business administration
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in a marketing/ product management role within CPG or
related industry with an international scope
• Excellent understanding and familiarity with consumer insight, market & competitive data
analysis, brand management, planning processes and marketing communication principles
• Multi-lingual with strong communication skills
• Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Experience with innovation and initiative-based project leadership
• Strong formal and informal leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial and able to work in levels of high stress and pressure
• Consumer focused with interest in Health & Wellness and International markets
