You will contribute to the development of Honeywell’s next generation of catalyst products by testing and/or validating equipment. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of the site’s commitment to the organization and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies maintenance work, enters notifications, and creates work orders in SAP, as required
- Plans, reviews, scopes, and cost estimates approved Priority 2, 3, and 4 notifications in SAP
- Develops accurate job plans for repetitive routine repair maintenance work and preventive maintenance work
Procures necessary tools, materials, and outside services required for all maintenance work - Issues purchase requisitions, as necessary
- Schedules per SAP capacity leveling all maintenance work in coordination with operational needs and material availability
- Manages the existing backlog of maintenance work and prioritizes the backlog appropriately
- Responsible for management of semi-annual turnaround
- Communicates with operations and maintenance to ensure that work order priorities are accurate
- Participates in daily and weekly backlog/scheduling meetings to ensure communication, work prioritization and scheduling with all appropriate stakeholders
- Walks down all maintenance work orders prior to execution with the Operations Coordinator to ensure that all parts, shared services, and safety issues have been addressed prior to scheduling the work
- Tracks schedule efficiency, schedule attainment, backlog, and schedule loading
- Record all pertinent historical/corrective action information
- Updates job plans as required
- Performs shop paper audits on completed shop papers and job history forms
- Ensures compliance with Honeywell policies
- Maintains housekeeping in assigned area
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years chemical plant experience
- 5 years of planning and scheduling experience
WE VALUE
- Maintenance planning experience preferred
- SAP knowledge a plus
- Ability to read and understand mechanical, I&E, and process drawings
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Clear and concise communications
- Analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
