Full-Time Maintenance Manager

Job Description

As a Maintenance Manager you will have the opportunity to be a change leader and help the team produce high quality products.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring the machines used to make our materials run smoothly. You will also be training the next generation of change makers.  The team you will be working with is collaborative and eager to help the plant be successful, and values doing the best they can while passionately pursuing to better the plant and themselves.

So, what will you be doing as a Maintenance Manager?

  • Improve and optimize the facility availability through Total Prevention Maintenance
  • Manage inventory and cost for equipment
  • Direct, coach, and train team to meet all metrics and hit their targets
  • Maintain equipment and provide appropriate documentation
  • Lead a safety-first approach in a zero accident culture
  • Analyze daily needs to ensure plant runs smoothly

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Minimum 5 years related experience in Maintenance and Facility Management
  • 2-3 years of experience in high volume manufacturing equipment
  • Successful track record of coaching and managing people
  • Mechanical and electrical experience with related equipment
  • Lead with a hand-on mentality and ability to coordinate multiple assignments
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal connections and communication skills

Things we consider a plus

  • Knowledge of TPM systems
  • Understanding of preventative maintenance and implementation of maintenance plans
  • Analytical and structured working style
