Pay Rate: $20.00 USD with a $1.00 USD/hr shift differential while on 2nd shift
What you will be doing:
You will report to the shift Production Supervisor and be responsible for operating the machine(s) in your assigned area per ROCKWOOL standards, specifications, and policies, while ensuring tasks are completed in compliance with government regulations (e.g. safety laws).
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Safely and efficiently manufacture quality stone insulation ensuring production at the highest possible output, maintaining the high standard of quality expected by our customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Successfully assist product changes efficiently, maintaining a smooth uninterrupted flow of product.
Basic troubleshooting of equipment and act as a first line defense for process, mechanical and technical issues.
Ensure volumes are produced and delivered against production plan and key performance indicators.

What you bring:
Previous continuous flow manufacturing or industrial experience working with automated equipment required.
Prior machine operating experience, including cleaning, calibrating, and performing basic maintenance experience required.
Demonstrated or proven:
Organizational and analytical skills;
Basic computer knowledge and skills;
Acute attention to detail;
Written and verbal communication skills;
Problem-solving and trouble shooting skills;
Accuracy and data integrity.
