We are a locally owned restaurant and hookah bar approaching our 6th bday. Some major projects have popped up around our location in the last few months and we are getting busier and hope to soon expand hours and staff. I am looking for some folks who want to grow with the company over the next year.
Current needs are part-time kitchen help but the right candidate could quickly become full-time with proven performance. Current hours are 3pm until 12am weekdays or 3 am weekends-the kitchen closes an hour before the business. Our dish is a 3 section bay sink and our kitchen equipment includes flat-top, fryer, stove, stone oven, and vertical broiler. We also have a gas grill used for specials. Our menu is a blend of Middle Eastern, Indian, Greek, and bar bites.
This would be a great fit for someone wanting to break out in Indy’s culinary scene and performance and sign on bonuses can be discussed for well qualified candidates.
We have a small diverse staff with low turnover and we’re looking for a fun person to complete our kitchen
